Before founding Stonebridge Building Solutions, Adam Lutz spent approximately 20 years working with engineering firms on building-envelope and construction-related assignments throughout the region.
That work included investigating water intrusion, identifying construction defects, developing and managing remediation programs, overseeing roofing and siding capital-replacement projects, coordinating contractors and design professionals, and evaluating construction quality in the field.
The experience provided a close view of conditions that frequently lead to premature deterioration, recurring leaks, incomplete repairs and avoidable disputes. It also reinforced the importance of proper sequencing, manufacturer requirements, compatible materials, clear documentation and consistent field oversight.
Stonebridge applies those lessons to construction delivery. The goal is not simply to complete the visible work, but to understand the conditions that affect performance and manage the project with the appropriate level of care.
